Here are my thoughts:
Ripken is beatable. Unlikely, but beatable. Just takes some luck. Horrible choice for #1, in my opinion.
Rice is also beatable. Lame #2.
Cy Young's 511 would be number one on my list. It's a different game now.
Wooden's 88 straight is pretty untouchable as well. No one bought players the way he did.
Wilt is literally untouchable. Both the 20,000 women and the 100 points in a single game. Never going to be touched, ever.
Gretzky has more career assists than any other player has points!!! That means you could take away Gretzky's 900 goals (also a record that won't be touched), and he'd still have the most points ever. And the way hockey is played now (when it is played at all), no one will come close to his goals, assists, or points records. They'd need to change the rules.
7 no-hitters is absurd. Probably won't be touched, but it's not out of the realm of reality like #'s 3 through 6.
Ty Cobb...again, done in an era when the sport was entirely different, so probably untouchable.
7 championships doesn't seem out of the realm of possibility. Definitely impressive and unlikely to be broken, but unbreakable?
49-0 is attainable. What is this doing in the top ten?
If you want to talk about unbreakable records, Johnny Vandermeer's 2 straight no-hitters is untouchable. It can be tied, MAYBE, but it will NEVER be broken. No one will ever get three straight. :)
