If you haven't used Wikipedia already, it's the greatest catch-all online reference. Well, they have now added an entire section to include all made-up words derived from The Simpsons. Many of these cromulent words should be officially incorporated into the English language. For example: avoision, craptacular, embiggen, lupper, and unblowuppable.
If D'oh can make the Oxford English Dictionary, all of these words can.
