Yesterday, Joanne and I closed escrow on our new home. We're homeowners now! We get the keys this weekend and will start moving things in soon. We've been packing things up in our house, so it's full of boxes (as is my parents' house). I even packed up my computer this past weekend...maybe not such a good idea.

Computer and tv should always be the last things packed. Even after toiletries. At least that's my philosophy. :)

Congrats Hirotsu family. Good luck with the new house and all the boxes of packing and unpacking. We're still half full of boxes but getting there. Slowly......
